* Shipping Areas: We enabled our services PAN India to cater our customers.

Order Processing and Shipping

* Processing Time: It takes 48 hours to process the order.

* Shipping Confirmation: The Confirmation will be intimated through E-mail (order@blugreenenergica.com)

Shipping Exceptions and Issues

* Delivery Delays: Delivery may delay due to weather, national holidays or any unforeseen circumstances will be addressed to customer at the earliest.

* Incorrect Addresses: Incorrect address will be corrected before shipping and will be corrected at e-way bill and done at extra cost.

* Customs and Duties: Provide information about customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees that may apply to international shipments.

* Insurance: Shipping Process only start after transit insurance copy received, transit insurance is must for all shipments. Customer can recommend the transit Insurance company.

* Packaging: Packaging will be solely done according to Customer’s requirement (*Charges will be paid accordingly and borne by Customer).

* Shipping Address Changes: If shipping address has be changed after Shipping then Customer have to provide bonafide on letterhead mentioning the new shipping address, e-way bill no., Purchase Order no., and clearly mention the reason of change of shipping address.
